By using colorfit.me, you agree to these Terms of Service. colorfit.me provides AI-generated personal image report boards based on a user photo and selected color preferences.

What the service provides

Each paid order unlocks report generation after payment verification. Reports cover personal image direction, color, makeup, hairstyle, hair color, glasses, and styling suggestions. Results are for personal reference and are not medical, legal, professional image, or certified color diagnosis advice.

Your responsibilities

You must have the legal right to use the photo you upload.
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, harassing, unauthorized, or sensitive high-risk content.
Do not attempt to bypass payment, order tokens, API limits, or security checks.
Review generated results yourself before relying on them.

Payment, refunds, and delivery

The launch price for one report is US$19, with the final amount shown on the Stripe Checkout page. Payment is handled by Stripe. After successful payment, you receive an order access link and can generate your report. If payment succeeds but generation fails, contact support within 7 days with your order email and payment record. Once digital content is generated, refunds are usually not available unless a service failure prevents delivery.

AI generation limitations

AI output may contain errors in identity details, text, color, or styling. We use prompts, order validation, and sample constraints to improve consistency, but we do not guarantee every image will exactly match expectations.

Intellectual property

You retain rights to your uploaded photo. colorfit.me retains rights to the product interface, prompt structure, brand, and software code. Paid generated reports may be used for personal, non-resale purposes.

Accounts and access links

Keep your Google account and order access link secure. Anyone with a valid access link may view the corresponding order results. We may suspend access for security, abuse, or Terms violations.

Governing law

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of Delaware, United States, without limiting non-waivable consumer protection rights where you live.
